Role: UX researcher

Timeline: April 2021

Goal: Understand how satisfied Kayak users are, test usability of site functions, learn what features can be improved, and scope the competitive landscape.

Description of what I did:

• I conducted usability testing on Usertesting.com to understand usability issues and improvement areas
• I set survey objectives, specific goals, and then designed the survey
• I then spent two weeks recruiting users and gathering responses
• Created a report where I compiled insights and takeaways from my research
